What a cutie!! Sparky is a sweet male Shih Tzu who was brought into a vet's office and he was so matted that the Vet talked the owner into surrendering him. The Vet got him all shaved down, neutered, and vaccinated and renamed him Sparky. He arrives on 12/4 and will be available 12/6. Please fill out an application if you are interested in him as many of our dogs are in foster homes and will be brought to the shelter once we make arrangements for you to meet them.
