Noble, ~1 year Male Golden Retriever

PLEASE READ UPDATED DESCRIPTON. Noble is a one year old male Golden Retriever who was found on the side of a busy road trying to revive another dog who had been hit and killed. Noble did not want to leave his friend even though it was pouring rain on him. He was rescued and brought to the vet for vetting. He will be neutered on 11/8 and then available for adoption after a brief recovery. He is a sweet dog who deserves the best home, especially after what he's been through. Noble is not a dog to sit home alone all day or to spend the day at doggy daycare. He LOVES people!! We are looking for breed experience as he is a large dog, also who might knock over a small child in his exuberance. He is not yet house trained, so needs an experienced adopter. Because we have so much interest in him, we feel we can place him locally. Also, because he is a Golden Retriever, and that breed is prone to cancer, so we are hoping for a holistic-minded home.
