Meet Fran! She's a 9-10 month old adorable fluff ball who weighs about 15 pounds. She has a darling personality and loves to sit in your lap. She loves people and other dogs and loves to ride in the car. She will jump right in and settle down. Fran has a wonderful personality. She is so quiet and well-behaved in her kennel, she doesn't make a peep. She is a sweetie and just wants to be next to you. What a great dog. She's going to be a wonderful little pal for someone who has time for a dog.Her foster mom says: Frannie is one of the happiest dogs I've met! The list of things she loves includes: stuffed toys, playing fetch, cuddling and every single person, child and dog we meet. She is a young terrier with all the energy that comes along with that - she is an absolute riot to watch running around the yard or the house. She is very smart, athletic and fearless - she may do very well with agility training. The joy that Frannie finds in everything is contagious, you have no choice but to smile when she's around.
