Carter is a six month old male Boston Terrier / Cairn mix. Has the face shape and eyes of a Boston, the white markings, and makes the weird noises that BTs make. He's hilarious! But that's where the BT stops and the other breed(s) comes in. He's short in the leg and a little long in the back and has a merly gray coat and whiskers on his face, and a tail. Somebody taught him to sit on command. He's SO friendly and is leash-trained too. He will run after a ball and might just be housebroken. Imagine someone letting him run in a busy road and then never trying to find him after he was picked up? That's what happens in rural parts of the country like WV where dogs are mostly all forced to live outside. Carter is 12 lbs and will probably stay small. Terriers are not generally good for children, as they can be feisty, and because we want a forever home for him, we will give preference to adult homes or those with older kids, tweens and up.
