Paprika is an adorable small 14 lb. Dachshund mix. He's got a lot of spunk and charm. He is very affectionate and has a lot to offer to someone looking for love in a small package, but he's also a typical Dachshund. He used to live with another small dog so is comfortable with dogs his size, but not big dogs. His foster mom says: "He's not nervous or frightened once he gets accustomed to a new environment. He affectionate and loves to cuddle. He listens when you correct him, such as, when chasing cats. He loves small dogs and plays well with my female yorki. He's fun to watch with balls and other squeeky toys. (never had a dog that loved toys more!) He's fun to play ball with and loves to chase (have to work on the retrieving part). He's also happy to sit right next to you and play with his toy or take a nap." He would do best in an adult home as he wasn't raised with children. He is up to date on vaccines and already neutered, so he is ready to go to his new home anytime now. Since he is in a foster home please fill out an application and we can set up a meeting.
