Andy, 3 years Male Corgi/Chi/Elkhound  Mix Andy is a little young adult dog who needs a forever home. He weighs 19 lbs. and is 3 years old. He is the friendliest one of the group who were rescued. He is very active but will be a lap dog if allowed. He doesn't seem to be much of an alpha dog and is good with the other dogs.
