Otis is a 7 - 9 year old dog who is being relinquished by his owner. He is fully house trained, good with kids, cats, dogs. The woman who owned him moved and left him tied at the vaccant house. Even tied, he plays with dogs that come into the yard....not at all aggressive. She didn't want to have to come back and feed him, so asked rescue to take him. He is neutered and up to date on vaccines. Please apply as he is in a foster home and we will need to set up a meeting.
