TOMMY is a sweet beagle boy who deserves a loving home. He is from a rescue in MD, and we were told he was 5 but the vet thought 9. Now that we have him, he acts much younger and his eyes are clear, so we're thinking 6-7. He arrived very fat and we're working on that (he was on a high fat dog food before so taking the weight off will be easy). He is with a young family and they are having a ball with him. The foster mom says he has so much personality. He even dances to music and spins around when he hears it. He loves to play with the kids and with other dogs. He loves going for walks and he doesn't beg for food from the table. He has so many plusses. He loves baths, luxurating in the massage. Nothing fazes him…the vacuum, a door, new dogs, new people…it is what it is.
A full belly, warm blanket and TV is a date night. If you love Beagles and want a bomb-proof dog, he's your boy. Our process is that you fill out the application first, then in one or two days we will contact you if your application is a match. Please read our guidelines under Apply to Adopt.
