Mocha is a 1.5 year old Golden mix who recently was turned in by her owners. Mocha is a sweet dog and is absolutely adorable. She loves belly rubs and being loved. She will curl up in your lap and give you kisses. She is house trained and quiet in the house and will lay at your side while you read a book. Mocha also gets playful when she's excited and will do play bows to you and run around. She is good on leash and she rides well in a car. Mocha has had a lot of changes in her life so she is shy at first but she warms up very quickly. She was raised with a teen, so teens and up are the best match for her or an adult home. She will be spayed prior to placement. Our process is that you fill out the application first, then in one or two days we will contact you if your application is a match. Please read our guidelines under Apply to Adopt as some dogs require a stay-at-home and some dogs require a fenced in yard. Phone calls are discouraged as it takes time away from the care of the dogs to answer questions that might already be on our web site. We tend to put down everything we know. If information is missing, it's usually because we don't know. :-)
