Joannie was found as a stray on May 28, 2009. She is roughly 10 months old. Joannie is very sweet and loves attention. She also has a lot of energy and loves to run and play, and will need a large yard to do just that. She still has a lot of puppy in her and tends to jump on people sometimes, but she responds to “no”. She is not aggressive toward cats or other dogs, but may annoy them with her playfulness. Joannie is a sweet girl who needs a home where she will get lots of attention and play time. Our process is that you fill out the application first, then in one or two days we will contact you if your application is a match. Please read our guidelines under Apply to Adopt as some dogs require a stay-at-home and some dogs require a fenced-in yard. Phone calls are discouraged as it takes time away from the care of the dogs to answer questions that might already be on our web site. We tend to put down everything we know.
