Slade, 3 years Male Colllie/Golden/Shepherd  Mix Slade is a 3 year old neutered male Golden/Shepherd/Collie mix. He is a nice dog. He is fine with the three aussie pups and that is saying a lot for him! He is playful, but will stand still for a long time while you pet him. He is great in the car, fine on leash. We don't know how he is with cats, but seem fine with other dogs and new people. Slade was at the high kill shelter...picked up as a stray. The shelter workers and volunteers fell in love with him. They kept him WAY past his time because he is such a sweet dog. They said he loves to play and is just a goof ball. He was in with several other dogs during his stay and they said he got along with males (neutered and intact) and females. He was always friendly with strangers and loved all the attention he could get. He is a BIG time ball chaser and will throw his toys around in the back yard, entertaining himself. A really nice dog for someone who doesn't want the high maintenance of a puppy!
