Bernie is a handsome dog and he is approximately 1 years old. Bernie looks like a Bernese Mountain dog mix. He was rescued from Tennessee where he was shy but he was in a foster home and blossomed. Bernie is fantastic with every dog whether it be male, female, big or small. He loves to sit with you and be pet and he loves to give kisses. Once he bonds he will follow you everywhere! He is an absolutely precious and beautiful dog! He is not the least bit aggressive, he is so sweet natured. He is in a new foster home now that he is here in Massachusetts and he is doing very well. He is housetrained and crate trained and very calm in the house. He loves to just sit with you and try to be a lap dog. He is being fostered with other dogs and he is very good with them. He loves to run around and play with his foster sister, Autumn. He would do well with another dog in his home but he would also be fine without one. He can be seen today (Sunday) from 12-2, it would be helpful to have an application filled out online before you come. Bernie is a great dog and will do well with time and patience and be a fabulous new member of your family.
